Through our Agent Referral Program, you can confidently connect your clients with a trusted local property management team, while also earning referral income for you and your brokerage. It’s a simple way to continue providing value to your clients, even after the transaction is complete.

Earn for Every Referral

We believe in rewarding strong partnerships. When you refer a client who signs a Property Management Agreement and we complete their first month’s rent collection, your brokerage will receive:

$200 for the first property or unit $25 for each additional unit within the portfolio

Payments are made directly to your brokerage after the first month’s rent is successfully collected. Please note, we will require a completed W9 on file before payout.
